Warranty

Our elevators carry a full 12 months warranty on parts and labour, provided the elevator is used and maintained properly.

For all warranty claims, please return to the place of purchase.

The elevator is to be used by the purchaser and not to be hired out;

Any damage occurring from the elevator being dropped or not secured properly;

Any damage occuring during transport or tying down the machine;

Any damage to the elevator due to lack of mainenance or failure to maintain proper adjustments’

Newlite Elevators takes no respolnsibility of damages to persons or proerty from:

Elevator not used for its intended purpose;

Unsafe use of the machine and not being properly secured;

Allowing access to persons around and under the elevator at any time. .
